I practised intermittent fasting today with an 8 hour feeding window simply because I didn’t wake up hungry:
3 chocolate whey protein shakes (ugh I am so over Nar Labs… want to go back to Dymatize ASAP hence why I am drinking so frequently)
Salad with fancy lettuce (average), chopped red bell pepper, goats cheese and smoked salmon
Maybe like 10 handfuls of grated cheese
250g scotch fillet steak (rare, fried in coconut oil and tamari)
Roasted asparagus tossed in EVOO and cayenne pepper
when you’re reading a book and you spot a typo
